- The customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us.
- Exchanges will be processed only once.
- The exchange must be initiated and sent to us within 7 days from the date you received the parcel.
Return Policy

- The customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us.
- Returns will be processed only once.
- Refunds will be processed through bank transfer.
Product Defects
- No exchange or refund will be provided for any product defects after a period of 7 months from the date of delivery.
Sale and Offer Items
- Products purchased during a sale or any promotional offer are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product received is damaged.
- In case of damaged products, we will offer an exchange. No refunds will be provided for sale or offer items.
